This writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to issue joint patta in the name of the petitioner and his brother late Mr.S.Ramalingam in plot to an extent of 7 1⁄2 cents in B-2 Block, PhaseI, Block No.177B/178 comprised in Survey No.805/6 situated at Vadakuthu Village, Krinjipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering his representation dated 17.02.2025.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
