This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent herein to conduct enquiry and to dispose of the revision of the petitioner dated 03.03.2025 pending on the file of the first respondent herein in accordance with law and on merits within a time frame as this Court may fix.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision of the petitioner dated 03.03.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Further, the petitioner is at liberty to seek interim relief before the first respondent in the manner known to law. 2/4

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
