ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the Session Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Erode, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27055 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27055 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Erode on 20.12.2024 and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned trial Judge.
