ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that eventhough the prayer was made to de-freeze the bank account, pending the Writ Petition the same has already been completed and nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the Writ Petition.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
