This petition has been filed to substitute the propose respondents herein as the legal representatives in the place of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 6 and 7 in the above Writ Appeal.

2. In view of the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and post the matter next week.
