Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that Community Certificate dated 17.02.2025 bearing Certificate No.TN5202502172541, has already been issued to the petitioner's minor daughter viz., Miss.J.Jerline.
