ORDER

The Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, the discharge petition was dismissed on 09.10.2024, and the revision petition was filed on 07.02.2025, though within a period of 90 days, the same was returned for rectifying some defects. Thereafter, the Criminal Revision case was represented with a delay of 135 days.

He further submitted that in this case, charges have already been framed on 29.10.2024 and the case has been transferred to learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore on 17.06.2025 and the same has been taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.22 of 2025 and now the case is pending for trial. The next hearing date is fixed on 06.01.2026.

3. In order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to putforth his case, this Court allows this petition to condone the delay in representing the Revision.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14-10-2025 drl Note:Registry is directed to number these Criminal Revision Cases, if they are otherwise in order and post the same for Admission on 29.10.2025.
