This application has been filed to amend the Original Petition as per the details given in the Judges Summons.

2.According to the applicants, in the 4th line of paragraph No.26 of the Original Petition, the name of the company was wrongly mentioned as "Titan Company Limited" instead of "M/s.Grind Well Norton Limited" and also in the 2nd line of the prayer portion of paragraph No.26, it was wrongly mentioned as "petitioners" instead of "1st petitioner - Savitha Devi". 3.This Court also perused the document filed in support of the application and finds that the petitioners 2 to 7 have given their consent to grant Succession Certificate in the name of the 1st petitioner. Hence, this Application stands allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out in the original petition as per the details given in the Judges Summons. 4.For filing the amended petition copy, list the matter once again on 04.11.2025.
