This application is filed to bring the third party witness namely, O.K.Dakshayani, to give evidence to identify the signature of the testatrix namely, R.G.Radhakrishnammal and the signature of the 1st attesting witness namely, R.G.Balasubramanian.

smv 2.According to the applicants, the Original Petition has been filed for grant of probate in respect of the Will executed by R.G.Radhakrishnammal. Since the 1st attesting witness is no more, the applicants want to examine above said witness, who is well acquainted with the signature of the testatrix and the 1st attesting witness. Therefore, this application has been filed by the applicants.
