Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pursuant to the detention order vide B3.D.O.No.82/2024 dated 15.11.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's son, namely, Tharun, aged about 23 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Vellore before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
