ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17608 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1474 of 2025, by order dated 22.09.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 7.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. However, he submitted that final report in this case is not been filed.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17608 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1474 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
