ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28605 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 in Crime No.32 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28605 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
