ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give suitable Police protection for cleaning the property in Survey No.348/1 situated at Door No.83/23, West Mada Street, Konnur Village, Villivakkam, Chennai, in pursuant to the representation, dated 02.12.2024.
2. The dispute between the parties is civil in nature. This Court cannot give the relief sought for in this Writ Petition and it requires oral and documentary evidence. The Writ Court cannot conduct roving enquiry. Therefore, it has to be decided only by the Civil Court. Therefore, this petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 17.12.2024 cs To
