ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for violating the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31802 of 2023, dated 07.11.2023. In paragraph 5 of the said order, it is observed as follows:

"5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct an enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner and interested parties/rival claimants if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
2. There is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Special Government appearing for the respondents submitted that pending the present Contempt Petition, the order under contempt, had been complied with. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
