This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the 2nd respondent for the wilful disobedience of order of this Court dated 30.09.2024 made in W.P.No. 24466 of 2024 2.

Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the respondents appeared before this Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.
