O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for noncompliance of the order passed in W.P.No. 2584 of 2019 dated 03.04.2025. 2.A proceedings has been issued by the 3rd respondent by giving promotion to the petitioner from the date on which he is eligible to get promotion and as per the orders of this Court and also by giving notional impact.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that despite the proceedings has stated that the notional impact is given in view of the retrospective promotion, the same has not been implemented in realistic terms.

4.However, on perusal of the order, it is seen that in the bottom of the proceedings, an instruction has been given to the Executive Engineer to re-fix the salary by giving notional impact as per the order of the Court and disburse the arrears to the petitioner. A comprehensive order has been passed inclusive of the possible mandatory benefit that might flow to the petitioner. 5.Hence, compliance of the order is recorded and further action is dropped.
