2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15094 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
