Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 21.02.2025, the second and third respondents are present today.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that W.A.No.704 of 2025 preferred by the respondents, is pending before the Division Bench. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that this contempt petition can be closed and liberty may be granted to the 2/4

petitioner to revive the contempt action, subject to the final result in the pending writ appeal.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the contempt, based on the final result in the pending writ appeal.
