ORDER
This petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2024 from the file of the Sub-Court, Uthankarai, Krishnagiri District, to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent/husband filed HMOP No.125 of 2024 before the SubCourt, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri seeking for divorce and the same is pending before it. The petitioner is staying at Dharmapuri and the Sub-Court Uthangarai is around 60 Kilo Meter from her residence which will be very difficult to travel from Dharmapuri to Uthangarai for attending the case. Hence, he seeks the relief as prayed for.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband would submit that the respondent/husband has no objection in allowing this petition.

I have gone through the affidavit filed in support this petition
and I find merit in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife.

In view of the above and also considering the consent given by the other side, there can be no impediment for allowing this petition as prayed for.
7Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. The case in H.M.O.P.No125 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Uthangarai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri. The learned Judge shall expedite the disposal of the case in H.M.O.P.No125 of 2024. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed. 12-09-2025 lbm Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes;
