ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.319 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.319 of 2012 2/4
had been registered, for the offences under Sections under section 6(4) Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order, 1982 R/w.7(1)(a)(ii) Essential Commodities Act, 1955. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.LTN 20230001932 C 202500008 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore on 14.02.2025 and the same is yet to be numbered.
