The Writ Petition was filed challenging the award of the Labour Court directing the Management to reinstate the second respondent in service. It is now represented, the second respondent was reinstated in service pursuant to the award passed by the Labour Court and he also retired on 30.06.2014. In the light of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
