Manojkumar ..Respondent(s) Prayer: This Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to record further statements of the relevant witnesses, subsequent to alteration of adding the accused and produced valid documents, which are already furnished by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent, along with the final report in PRC No. 04/2025 pending trial on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate- II, Pollachi, Coimbatore District.

ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed to direct the third respondent to record further statements of the relevant witnesses, subsequent to alteration of

adding the accused and produced valid documents, which are already furnished by the petitioner before the third respondent, along with the final report in PRC No. 04/2025 pending trial on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate- II, Pollachi, Coimbatore District.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondent police have completed the enquiry and filed final report and the case is pending committal in PRC No.04 of 2025 and thereby the petition seeking further investigation before this Court by way of Writ of Mandamus cannot be maintained. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he can only file a petition seeking further investigation before the Court where PRC No.04 of 2025 is pending.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. No costs.
