provide the adequate police protection for conducting the survey and fence the land in S.No.94/1 and S.No.94/2 situated in Maaramangalam Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2024 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to forthwith implement the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1672/2025/Aa1 dated 13.05.2025 and another proceeding vide Na.Ka.No.1672/2025/A1 dated 17.09.2025 issued by the first respondent and consequently to provide the adequate police protection for conducting the survey and to fence the land in S.No.94/1 and S.No.94/2 situated in Maaramangalam Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District by 2/4

considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2024 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that after conducting due enquiry on the petitioner's representation, with the assistance of the second respondent, survey has been completed in respect of the petitioner's land. 3.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
