This petition is filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order passed in RLTA.N.225 of 2023 on the file of XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and RLTOP.No.544 of 2022 on the file of XII Court of Small Causes at Chennai.

2. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable by 10.01.2025. Private notice is also permitted. The petitioner is also directed to take notice to the counsel for the respondent, who appeared for the first appellate Court, returnable by 10.01.2025.

4. Post on 10.01.2025. The tenant has filed an affidavit of undertaking before this Court seeking nine months time to vacate the premises.
