ORDER

The application has been filed to extend the time to the Arbitral Tribunal for completion of the Arbitration Proceedings for six months from 19.12.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant wound submit that Arbitration is at the stage of the arguments of the claimant and therefore, having substantially completed the proceedings, the mandate is requested to be extended.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in extending the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis time as prayed for by the applicant.
