When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case has now been transferred to the file of All Women Police Station, Krishnagiri District. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by impleading the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Krishnagiri District. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
