Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his Na.Ka.No.2871/2004/A1 (1) dated 13.12.2004 and the consequential notification published in the Dharmapuri District Gazette Extraordinary No-14 dated 13.12.2004 by the 1st respondent herein, quash the same as illegal and contrary to law and issue consequential direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge his functions as President, Begarahalli Village Panchayat.
