ORDER
This writ petition is filed directing the first respondent to conclude the conciliation proceedings by recording the settlement dated 28.11.2024 arrived between the parties to the conciliation proceedings U/s.12(3) of the Industrial disputes Act.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.M.Nirmal Kumar, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that already settlement has been recorded on 13.12.2024 and as such nothing further survives to be decided in the present writ petition.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
