Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking to punish the 1st respondent for his acts of deliberate and willful suppression of material facts and deliberately misleading this Hon'ble Court in securing a favourable decision passed by Jusitce MDIJ in W.P.No. 9963 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the first respondent for his acts of deliberate and willful suppression of material facts, and deliberately misleading this Court to secure a favourable decision in W.P.No.9963 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024, under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, subsequent to the order dated 04.09.2024 made in W.P.No.9963 of 2024, the Patta was mutated in favour of a third party.

However, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, submitted that Patta has not been mutated to any party, and the Patta remains blocked with the same status quo continuing. Page No.2 of 4
