PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant ordinary leave to the petitioner's son/convict prisoner namely Siva @ Sivakumar, S/o.Mani, bearing C.T.No.18914, confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, for a period of 30 days without escort in pursuance of the petitioners representation dated 17.10.2024.
