This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent/Police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2023 pending on the file the second respondent/Police to the first respondent/Police or any other police official, and also direct the first respondent to file the charge sheet in Crime No.21 of 2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.21 of 2023 is almost over and final report will be filed within a period of one week.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-Police to complete the investigation and file a final report within twenty days on or before 2/4
