ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1757 days in filing the above CMA.

2. The respondents 1 and 2 are already given up and notice to the 3rd respondent already dispensed with.

4. In the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, it is asserted by the petitioner that the fact of award passed by the Tribunal came to the knowledge of the petitioner only after initiation of recovery proceedings by the Collector.

5. In view of the said assertion, the delay of 1757 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioner/appellant makes a payment of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund', within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the condone delay petition in C.M.P.No.2348 of 2025 shall stand automatically dismissed.

6. In case of payment of cost within the stipulated time, the C.M.P.No.2348 of 2025 shall stand allowed and the Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
