Today (12.09.2017), when the writ petitions were taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. In view of the endorsement made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
