ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S. Karuppiah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that since the Petitioner's second son Mr.Saravanan has got employment elsewhere, he is not pressing the Writ Petition, filed seeking for compassionate appointment to the Petitioner's second son in the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.
In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
