ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, seeking for issuance of

patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2023.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents that as early as on 10.02.2025 itself, the respondents had intimated the petitioner about the requirement to produce relevant documents to enable the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, seeking for issuance of patta. Since the documents have not been furnished, the respondents have not processed the petitioner's representation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is willing to furnish the documents as required by the respondents as per their communication dated 10.02.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to furnish all the relevant documents, pertaining to the property for which patta is sought for, to the fourth respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same from the

petitioner, the fourth respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
