ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of interlocutory application I.A.No.58 of 2021 in O.S.No.1394 of 1997 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate at Madhavaram. 2.The application in question is a final decree proceeding wherein the petitioner seeks for an appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to divide the property by metes and bounds as per the preliminary decree. The said application has been filed in the year 2021. To date the same has not been taken up for hearing. Though it has been numbered, an Advocate Commissioner has not been appointed till date. The learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, is directed to pass orders on I.A.No.58 of 2021 in O.S.No.1394 of 1997 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

3.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs.
