PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1576 of 2025 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupattur dated 3.9.2025 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and against the principal of natural justice and consequently forebear the respondent from taking any further action under the SARFAESI Act.
