ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to maintain the land in survey No. 440 at Ozhalur Village, Kattankolathur Union, Chengalpattu District as public playground pursuant to petitioners representation dated 15.09.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the land situated in S.No.440 at Ozhulur Village is already being used as playground and which is classified as Tharisu in revenue records. The said place is suitable land to use it for palying by the students, youngsters and sport players. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents with the above said prayer and the same is not considered. Hence the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the

limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
