WP No. 38413 of 2024 PRAYER The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 2.12.2024 made by the petitioner and grant 60 days remission to the petitioners husband namely Murugaiyan Son of Velu, Convict Prisoner, now confined in the Central Prison -1, Puzhal, Chennai, for the years 2020, 2021 and 2023 as per Rules 325 and 326 of Tamil Nadu Prisons Rules, 1983, also pay the four months wage of arrear to the petitioner's husband within a reasonable period.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH J.) The co-ordinate Bench of this Court comprising Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.M. Subramaniam and Hon'ble Mr.Justice M. Jothiraman, had passed a detailed order on 08.01.2025 in W.P.No.38413 of 2024 and in Paragraph No.12 of the order, certain specific directions have been issued for compliance by the respondents.

2. We are of the view that the same bench may hear the matter, subject to orders to be passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
