ORDER

1. This is an application filed by the petitioner for issuance of certified copies of documents mentioned in the application U/o.14 Rule 10 (5) of Original Side Rules.

2. The petitioner stated that his father purchased a subject property from one Mrs.Thenammal, who in turn filed original petition No.163 of 1982 for grant of probate. Thus, now this applicant is in need of the above documents as parent documents for their property.

3. Heard. Records perused. This petitioner filed an affidavit to substantiate his claim. Being the owner of the property which involved in the above O.P, this petitioner entitled for the relief. At this stage, this application is liable to be allowed. In the result, this application is allowed.
