This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3 rd respondent, to investigate and consequently file a charge sheet expeditiously in Crime No.7 of 2024 pending on the file of the 3 rd respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the FIR has been registered on 12.08.2024 for the offences under Sections 120B, 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC.

4. Hence, the 3 rd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet as early as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
