ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.26495 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 30 days. He would further submit that on completion of investigaton, a final report has been filed before the POCSO Court, Tiruvannamalai, but not taken on file. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26495 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 in 6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the

POCSO Court, Tiruvannamalai on 06.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
