O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Complaining contempt of the order dated 03.07.2024 made in WA No.2596 of 2022, the petitioner seeks to punish the respondent.

2. A reading of the order, made in the Writ Appeal, shows that we had only confirmed the order of the Writ Court. The positive direction to issue patta was granted by the Writ Court and not by the Division Bench. Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner to move the Writ Court, since disobedience is of the order of the Writ Court. This Contempt Petition is dismissed.
