The Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the respondents herein to grant patta to the petitioner 3 cents situate in T.S.No.5260//1 and Door No.27, Raja Pillai Thottam, Mambalam High Road, T.Nagar and Chennai-600 017 Chennai District in terms of G.O.Ms.No.368(Revenue Department) dated 19.9.2024 issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu.."

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. In the light of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench passed in WP.No.14186 of 2018 dated 28.02.2024, this Court cannot grant the relief which has been sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition. However, the respondents shall adhere to the directions given in Paragraph No.14 of the above-said Writ Petition with reference to the petitioner. 2/4

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
