This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Op.No.22574 of 2024 on 24.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., unitl further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram on 06.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Pallavaram on 06.01.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. Thereby, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22574 of 2024 on 24.09.2024 is modified.
