ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.Subramaniam J.) Today, this matter has been listed under the caption 'for being mentioned.'

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that at the time of passing of the order, the name of the Police Station was mistakenly stated as "Thiruvalam Police Station, Vellore" instead of "Parangipettai Police Station, Cuddalore."

Therefore, the name of the police station in condition no.(iii) in para. 4 of the order dated 03.01.2025 may be replaced as "Inspector of Police, Parangipettai Police Station, Cuddalore". Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands modified.

Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after incorporating the above said changes.
