This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25969 of 2024 in Crime No.250 of 2024 in its order dated 21.10.2024.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 62 days and investigation has been completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25969 of 2024 on 21.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on 03.02.2025 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
