This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the III Additional District Judge, Salem to expeditiously dispose of E.P.No.144 of 2022 in O.S.No.68 of 2017.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Execution Petition is pending for the last two years without any progress and therefore, sought for early disposal of the petition.

4. Considering the fact that limited relief is sought in this petition, there shall be a direction to the III Additional District Judge, Salem to dispose of E.P.No.144 of 2022 in O.S.No.68 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, bearing in mind the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Bhoj Raj Garg vs. Goyal Education and Welfare Society and Others, reported in 2022 LiveLaw (SC) 976.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
