Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act to extend time to comply conditions as imposed by the Court in Crl.M.P.No.13483 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1028 of 2025 vide order dated 10.07.2025, the petitioner shall deposit of the total compensation amount to the credit of S.T.C.number on the file of the trial Court within four weeks from the date of this order.

The petitioners have filed this petition seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13483 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1028 of 2025 vide order dated 10.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant sought further time to deposit the amount before the trial Court.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit the amount before the lower Court in pursuance with order 10.07.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.13483 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1028 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
