ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7345 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5259 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL MP NO. 1509 of 2025 once in every month i.e, 1st working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner inCrl.M.P.No.7345 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5259 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
